Prospective authors are invited to contribute to the conference by electronically submitting a
full paper in English of no more than 4 pages including illustrations, results and references. Submissions should be formatted in accordance with the IEEE guidelines. The guidelines, especially referring to the layout, can be found

During the submission process of a contribution you have to complete a form by filling in the following information:
- Author(s) and Organization(s)
- Title of contribution
- Abstract
- Selecting the intended track of the conference
- URBAN
- URS
- Student paper competition
- Selecting topis from the topics list that best suit your submission
- Entering up to five keywords for your contribution
Finally, you have to upload your paper before the deadline. Updates of already uploaded papers are possible till submission deadline. For deadlines please visit :

With the submission of a paper the authors oblige themselves to participate at the conference and present their paper in the case it is accepted.
Review process
All papers will undergo a review process by the Program Committee. The submissions will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Decision on acceptance will be made by the Program Chairs. The decision on the type of presentation will be made based on the suitability of the contribution. For date of notification of acceptance please visit:
