Hotel Information

The official hotel of the Symposium is the NOVOTEL. A block of rooms will be reserved for the participants with special rates for all visiting delegates and speakers. Following are the reduced room rates including breakfast, Internet free and parking free for the conference participants.

There are 143 acclimatized rooms, 22m², with wood flooring hypoallergenic, two independent points for internet or WIFI access, electronic safe, voice mail, mini bar, TV 32” LCD and workbench. The hotel has a suite and an apartment for disabled people.

The deadline for reservations at this discounted rate is April 1, 2011. Check-in: 2:00 pm, Check-out: 12:00 noon.
